Born from a
Passion for the
Perfect Cup

In 2018, barista and coffee obsessive Mia Torres opened Aroma with one rule: never serve a cup she wouldn't want herself. What started as a tiny 8-seat corner space has become the heart of our neighborhood.

We work directly with small-scale farmers across Ethiopia, Colombia, Guatemala, and Sumatra — visiting farms, cupping harvests, and paying above fair-trade prices. From seed to your hands, we know every step of the journey.
